Proprietor Antonio is exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming—his warmth sets the tone for this exceptional spot. The chefs are skilled and accommodating; even with significant food sensitivities, I enjoyed the best pizza in years, with a perfect crust and premium ingredients. They go above and beyond for every guest, showing true care and culinary expertise. Reservations are recommended, as their popularity means tables fill up quickly. My partner raved about the beef with mushrooms pasta, a dish as balanced as it is flavorful. Every plate we tried was delicious—never heavy-handed, always thoughtfully prepared. For genuine Italian fare made with skill and kindness, Simple.Guarda is an absolute must-visit. Oh, and our pictures are when we had take-away but trust me the food is gorgeous. Price per person: €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: There are vegetarians options and they treat vegetables with great respect and care. I was able to order a pizza without cheese also for vegans that was delicious. Dietary restrictions: I have significant sensitivities and they know exactly what is in their food and can feed you. I'm a great cook and I'm still daydreaming about their food. And, I had absolutely no reactions to their food which for me is so rare.
