Simplicity Bakery Café is truly a hidden gem and one of those places you instantly fall in love with. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy — the kind of place where you can genuinely slow down and enjoy your time. There’s even a comfy little sofa where you can sip your coffee surrounded by a charming collection of cookbooks and baking books, which adds such a unique and warm touch. The coffee quality is outstanding — you can really tell there’s been careful research and passion behind it. And then, of course, the food is the real star of the show. Whether you’re in the mood for a sweet or savory breakfast, there’s an amazing variety to choose from. Everything you see on display is freshly made from scratch by Nicoletta, the pastry chef and co-owner, together with Matt. Their dedication truly shines through in every bite. The selection is constantly evolving, with new specials every week, which makes every visit exciting and different. Highly recommended — once you try it, it will definitely become your go-to spot!
