A bunch of us got the bao with chicken or beef with kimchi on top. You can get the regular kimchi or the white kimchi. It's okay if this is your first foray into this fusion food, but the bao was definitely on the dry side. Not sure how they made it, but it's supposed to be fluffy, sweet and chewy to give it a contrast to the savory of the meats and the tanginess of the kimchi. My Korean friend, who got the beef, said that the bulgogi (beef) wasn't sliced and done right. I couldn't really tell, but I trust him over myself lol.

Such a great place to go to get a feel of Seoul Korea. I've had this once and I loved it. Definitely will go back again. Food was very good and the pricing was good.
