I went to Simply Spinelli today; there was a young man at the counter who helped with my order and he was extremely attentive. He pointed out the specials which i wound up ordering from - the iced coconut matcha with coconut cold foam was to die for - and the roasted garlic turkey panini i had was delicious. This place is the friendly neighborhood coffee shop every town wish they had. Everything on the menu is great! On Long Island good coffee is easy to come by. However its the cool vibes, warm atmosphere, and most of all the amazing staff that makes you feel like your having coffee at a family members house.
