Amazing chef, Tokyo trained and returned back to his hometown! He fed our family of 4 and it exceeded all our expectations! The food was exceptional but even more, the kindness of the chef was unparalleled. He took the time to explain the menu, detailing items and specialties. I would go back again for the tuna avocado poke salad, bbq chicken, and garlic pasta. One of the most unforgettable meals in Kyushu!. After our experience at Sin-ya, I had to tell the world! Go! So yummy! So heartwarming!!
