Clients don't like whiskey at this bar. Live music is performed by musicians in the evening. The staff is said to be well-trained here. Service at Пиано бар Синатра is something one can call enjoyable. From the visitors' viewpoint, prices are good. Come here for the cozy atmosphere. Sinatra, located on the rooftop of Hotel Cherno More, is absolutely one of the places you should visit if you are in Varna, especially if you are a tourist. As someone born and raised in Varna, I can confidently say the panoramic view from up there is absolutely worth it. The first time I visited, it was a spectacular experience, and being able to see the entire city from that perspective is something every visitor should experience at least once. I have visited Sinatra a few times over the years, and while the view remains five stars, one particular experience left a lasting impression. A couple of years ago, I was excited to bring my American husband there along with my family so he could experience one of Varna’s iconic spots. Unfortunately, he was denied entry because he was wearing sneakers and sweatpants due to the dress code policy. Now, if there is a dress code, that is completely fair. Businesses have every right to set standards. The issue for me was the inconsistency. I have personally seen people enter dressed similarly when they were known to staff, which naturally creates the impression that the rules are not applied equally to everyone. That is what felt frustrating. It was especially disappointing because we came as a larger group intending to spend the evening there, order drinks, enjoy the rooftop experience together, and spend time as a family, but instead we left entirely. The point is not whether someone is dressed casually. The point is consistency. If the standard applies equally to everyone, that is understandable. If it depends on familiarity, that leaves a very different impression. That said, Sinatra remains one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Varna and absolutely worth visiting. My only recommendation would be clearer and more consistently enforced expectations so guests know exactly what to expect before arriving. For the rooftop experience alone, this remains one of Varna’s iconic spots. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €30–35
