Customer service is seriously lacking. Ordered off the menu and they kept asking me if I wanted things that they didn't have on the menu. They said order will be 15 minutes but when I went to pick it up they demanded I give them a number to prove that I placed the order but they didn't give me a number when I called them so I had no way of picking up the order because they demanded I have some imaginary number that they never told me when placing the order. Whatever happened to just taking a name place the order you tell them the name when you go to pick up the order you give them your name they give you the order. Will never order from here again. Seems to be the best Chinese takeout. Chicken & Broccoli is delicious. The only thing that seemed unreasonable was the $5.00 delivery fee. Of course, we are going to tip also, so takeout is at least $10 extra. Live & learn, next time we will go there and get our order and not have to put out the extra money. Don't mind paying a little more for good food, but we must be careful with our money in this crappy economy.
