This week was the first time I came here and I was really surprised at how kind they were. Never really had customer service like that before. They were also very social with the customers and gave out a good vibe. And their drinks are really good I would highly recommend going there next time anybody is around there!!

Great Vietnamese coffee, some quick bites, teas and milk teas! My Ube Sip Coffee was really good. Right now they are serving 16oz and 20oz . Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

I had never been to Sip & Smile before just because it's so far from me and located in an area that I'm just never around, but I decided to pay them a visit in light of their closure announcement and am pleased to say it was well worth it :) Came in on a Saturday around noon and picked up a Pandan Smile Tea, which is Jasmine Milk Tea topped with foam and pandan syrup. I'm pretty indifferent about Jasmine Milk Tea, where it's good but I never really choose to order it, but this one was actually so good. The cream and pandan syrup probably played a part but overall I was actually so impressed! I was expecting a pretty mediocre, just your average Jasmine Milk Tea (like, it's pretty hard to mess up on such a simple tea, right?), but this was above and beyond. On top of that, the person who took my order and made my drink was also very sociable and friendly. A little too outstanding of service as I was in a bit of a hurry to my next destination, but that's okay! Everyone, support your local businesses, show your love to small businesses, visit Sip & Smile before their last day on 11/14/2021.
