Taste good alfajores, flans and gelato at Sipan Peruvian Restaurant & Bar when you happen to be near it. Delicious Pisco sour, cordial or Sangria will make your meal even more delicious and you'll surely come back. Great latte or good lemon juice are waiting for you at this place.

Came here for a weekday lunch with friends. The place looks great...recently remodeled...and the staff are attentive. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming. While the ceviche sampler and empanaditas were delicious, the short ribs, paella, and steak dishes looked good but were bland. We also got the paella yano (paella with black octopus ink)...it could have tasted better with more spices and less ink. Of course, this place is expensive. But even if it was more reasonably priced, we likely won't come back again.

We wanted to try this new place to support live music in the Bay Area. Knowing our husbands are in bands and we always like to support Live music. What a disappointment??? My family made reservations and inform the The person she spoke with we wanted to be by band area and said no problem. When we arrive they told us there was no availability. They should've said that in the beginning that there was no availability and misinform us. The only area was available by the bar. The hostess and the person organizing the event they were very rude and Disorganized and misinformed people on the phone. NOT COOL!

My husband and I have dined at Sipan Peruvian Restaurant and Bar a few times, and it has become one of our favorite eating establishments in the Bay Area. Last time we were there, we brought friends with us who commented that they too will come back! The food is scrumptious. From decadent to healthy, there is a wide variety from which to choose. Portion size is good and reasonably priced. Staff is extremely hospitable and gracious. We appreciate the excellent service we always receive.
