Thank you for visiting us. From what you’ve said, you had arrived during our lunch/closure hour. While we take our customer service seriously, it is unreasonable to expect, or in your case, demand us to serve you outside of our operating ours which are very clearly displayed on-line and at the store front. It is the guard’s job to open and close the store on time, customers still in the shop arrived prior to closure. We hope to see you again during our standard operating hours.
