The chicken franchise: The chicken was tough, the breading was soggy, and tasteless. My husband had chicken marsala. Over cooked chicken and no favor. We had 29.00 meals that were substandard. How disappointing. We were asked by friends how did we like our meals, we both came out and said same thing, we had better to be nice. Neither of us are fussy by any stretch. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

It took 3 and 1/2 hours to get our meals. The the place was crowded not packed. My daily special muscles were tiny and cold. In fact, the only warm meal was kids pasta. From start to finish this place was a disaster. Our waiter was nice. They took us the wrong entrees once just a disaster and then they asked if we wanted a comp dessert as if we wanted to stay longer instead of reducing the bill Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We went to Siros Restaurant in Quincy to celebrate our friend’s birthday. The food was truly amazing, but unfortunately the service ruined the entire evening. The staff especially the servers were incredibly rude. Despite the fact that it was only 9:40 PM, they were practically chasing us out. We felt rushed, unwelcome, and uncomfortable. It’s a shame, because the food deserved better service to match. Not planning to return. . Food: 5 Service: 1
