The food here have hits and misses. Their veggies are okay. My favorites are morcon and squid. Prices are not so affordable. If you are hungry, the meal is enough serving but if you eat like me, you can have leftover take-out. They also have assorted desserts but you have to choose which are the best for your taste. Sisa's secret is our go to restaurant in Mamplasan. It looks unremarkable but they serve delicious filipino comfort food. The place is well-lit, clean and airconditioned. The menu is straight forward. It's like a "turo-turo" where all available viands are presented in front and you'll just have to point and order. We love the sinigang, gulaman, adobong pusit and sisig. It's a bit pricey but the servings are good for 2-3 persons. They also sell lots of bread and frozen goods. The staff are accommodating and quick. We usually go on off hours so we get served immediately. The utensils and sauces are self-serviced. Overall, if your looking for a quick comfort of filipino food this is the place to go. Price per person: ₱1–500 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: No
