After enjoying Fulton Street Mall, go to this restaurant which is not far away. According to the visitors' comments, Chinese dishes here are quite nice. Come to Siz in Pan to taste yummy fried dumplings, pork and delicious chicken dumplings. Good pancakes might be what you need. This place is famous for wonderful apple tea, ginger tea or well-prepared ice tea.

There was a huge roach right on the counter after placing my order of dumplings. And their pans were completely dirty.

Again, "Siz-In-Pan" as it once existed is no more. "Xi fu Foods" is the new name and is under different ownership/management. The only common element are the dumplings, which are far inferior to the ones that used to be served. There are more offerings, but they lack flavor from what I've tried (rice dish with meat, egg drop soup, pork bun/burger). Would I try this place again? Probably not. Definitely not as good as it used to be. Sad.
