Awesome food and kind staff. My sister spills her drink a bit and the waiter came straight away to fix it. Service was fast and the restaurant wasn’t over crowded. Food was delicious I reccomend anything with meat or feta tbh. The specials shown to us by our server looked and tasted spectacular. They were even able to feed my picky eater sister some tomato pasta so it’s a win. My family of 5 loved it. Don’t forget to order lots of dips and pita bread (it’s fresh and delicious). Waiters may give free deserts yay. Skalakia Taverna is a really sweet and charming little place with a lovely setting and a relaxed atmosphere, which makes it nice to sit and spend time there. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall feel of the taverna is very traditional and pleasant. Unfortunately, the food itself didn’t quite meet expectations and was a bit disappointing compared to the surroundings, which is a shame because the place has a lot of potential. Overall, it’s still worth visiting for the atmosphere, but the food could be improved.
