The most terrible place I've visited. The service is terrible, we waited a very long time for our order. The waiter was rude at the very beginning, said that you have a very deep accent, where you came from, etc. Then he stole a bag with a wallet and money from us , and there are arguments . Their boss just screams and can't decide anything. We decided to complain to the police, which they laughed at in response. I do not advise anyone, a place for poor people. I went by today and they were closed. There is no information on if and when it will open. Thanks for your answer. At the entrances, downstairs and upstairs, there is no paper anyway.
