Pag dating nmin dun, the manager said regardless daw khit nag reserved kami he already decided not to use the upper deck baka daw kasi umulan. So sa ibang table nlng kmi umupo. We spoke to another staff and said kapag 7pm daw at di umulan pwede na da kmi lumipat sa upper deck. So we waited, pag dating ng 7 we asked kung pwede na, we were told na kung ano sinabi nung una. No daw hindi daw pwede the manager decided na daw na no! We were not able to enjoy the 360 view which is the reason why we went there and they guaranteed na we can use it. Kung alam lang nmin sana di nlng kmi nag punta. The manager was arrogant. The vibes was already ruined for us pero wala na kmi choice kasi we were a large group mahirap na lumipat ibang place.
And natapos kmi at nag close sila ng hindi umulan and the weather is totally fine, you can see the stars.
The place is good, just dont expect na maeenjoy nyo yung view at all times baka ma disspoint din kayo.
With the price that we paid we didn't get the respect and satisfaction that we deserve. kagabi lang to and will never go back and recommend the place again.
