The place is themed after Elvis Presley and they really commit to it with posters and merch all around, apart from Elvis songs playing in the background all the time. The cafe is called after the owner’s favorite Elvis song, ‘I believe in the man in the sky’. I tried their lunch set of pork fried with ginger (including miso soup, salad, some spaghetti, a bowl of rice and a drink to choose between coffee and tea) for ¥1,160 and it tasted good, but nothing remarkable. Smoking is allowed, so you might feel uncomfortable with the smoke and the smell, especially since the place is located in a basement and it’s not that big. Old-style kissaten with Shōwa era vibes. However, not particularly remarkable. You can pay by cash, card or other cashless options like PayPay.
