Sadly, if you look through the guests' comments, the staff is cute at this restaurant. Professional service is something that guests would like to improve here. Sky's Menu got negative comments because of the cozy atmosphere.

My experience at Sky’s Menu was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, mainly due to misleading pricing, rude behavior, and a shocking lack of respect for customers. We ordered food based strictly on the menu provided at the restaurant, where chapati is clearly priced at KES 80. However, when the bill arrived, we were charged KES 100 per chapati. When we calmly questioned the difference, the staff insisted that the price had already been changed in their system, and unbelievably claimed that it was our fault, not theirs. At no point were we informed that the menu prices were outdated. If prices have changed, it is the restaurant’s responsibility to update the menu or inform customers before they order, not after billing. What made this experience truly unacceptable was the staff’s attitude during the discussion. Instead of handling the matter professionally, they were laughing at us while we raised the concern, which felt extremely disrespectful and humiliating. Their behavior gave the clear impression that they were aware of the mismatch and simply did not care — almost as if customers being overcharged was something to joke about. This is not about the extra KES 20. It is about honesty, transparency, and respect. Laughing at customers when they question incorrect charges reflects very poorly on the establishment and seriously damages trust. Based on this experience, they are running a scam I cannot recommend Sky’s Menu. Customers deserve better treatment and honest pricing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
