My wife and I visited your Juffair outlet and ordered three items: a crunchy chicken slider, a beef slider, and a deli sandwich. Within 30 minutes of returning home, I began experiencing severe diarrhea, and a few hours later my wife developed the same symptoms. Both of us remained unwell for approximately three days. After recovering, I visited the outlet to report this issue. Unfortunately, instead of noting the complaint and addressing it, the staff focused on explaining their quality standards and even suggested that I might have low immunity. I felt that my concern was dismissed. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope it will be taken seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future.
