Excellent food and dining experience as always. Bailie-Rae incredibly friendly and gave perfect customer service. Highly recommend. Best restaurant in Festival Leisure by miles. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

i placed an order, the money came out my account the machine didn’t print out my receipt. My food didn’t come so i went to ask they said nothing they could do about it as it isn’t on there system. i was at a loss no food no money. Showed my bank statement that it had come out ,which is proof of purchase, still was giving me no solution but to go home and hope that the money bounces back. I tried to explain its basic customer service and it saves them all the trouble but then after all of the fuss they ended up giving me the food after an hour(proving my point). Was it really that hard? People taking their job way too seriously. Just make 4 chicken tenders and move on. Awful customer service don’t know how they expect me to just walk out and let them take my money? We are a bunch of young girls and they think they can take advantage and expect us not to stand up for ourselves. I liked slim chickens till now. Never again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Kid-friendliness: none.
