Food is always excellent, employees are always above and beyond. They are pleasant and work hard. Smiling even when super busy. I feel the company needs to help them out and increase the time for pickup expectations. It takes longer when you cook things fresh, so I’d recommend under promising for pickup. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

somebody stole my order, and when the Uber driver arrived they refused to remake the order because somebody (who they had not verified was actually an Uber driver) had grabbed the order already. My Uber driver called me and told me that the store told her to just drive by my house and mark the order as delivered, even though she didn't have the food. I waited for hours just to never receive the food, and when I called the store to ask about my order, the employee straight up admitted to me that he told the driver just to drive by my house and mark it off is delivered. I waited for hours just to find out my money was taken and I never received any food. I used to order here weekly, I don't plan on ordering slim chickens again after this experience.
