Came through the drive though to order food. I had to the lady repeat my order to me. They left toast and extra sauces out of the order and also still added lettuce to items that were asked not too. Brought the order back in. They took the order back in the kitchen (after it had been in a customers vehicle) laughed about it and through together a sloppy wrap without lettuce. 07/05/2026 3pm! I waited and waited for my order. They took a long time and they did not even get the order right. The women at the window was very rude. Some white lady with glasses. She always happens to be rude every time I come. I don't know if she's prejudiced or not. But the food is good, but the service can do way better. I am very disappointed. Absolutely blown away by the customer service at Slim Chickens! They accidentally mixed up our order, but immediately went above and beyond to make it right—giving us TWO free meals to apologize. The staff was super kind and professional, and the food (as always) was hot, fresh, and delicious. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it showed real class. We’ll definitely be back—loyal customers for life! Food: 5 Service: 5
