Best date night we’ve had in a long time! We had the pleasure of meeting Alicia and she was wonderful. She made the night very special by helping us decide on the right steak and appetizers. The biscuits were out of this world. Order them. Do not skip out. The tuna tartare was exquisite. Not what you would expect and it does not disappoint. I had a beautiful glass of a vintage Italian wine which paired nicely with my dinner. The restaurant was accommodating to children & elderly with walkers. Service 10/10 food 10/10 will definitely return. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

ABSOLUTELY EPIC! Starr Restaurant groups has done it again. This restaurant gives every steakhouse in the country a run for their money. Every dish just followed up one after another of epic flavor. The escargot, the pigs in a blanket, the crab cake, the tuna tartare, the creamed spinach, hash browns, Wagyu Ribeye cap. All to die for. Best of all, if you’re a cheesecake lover like I am. You HAVE TO HAVE THE CHEESECAKE!! If you’re looking for a new restaurant to try, RUN DONT WALK! And get ready for an incredible meal. Had an excellent experience at Slim's. We went as a party of five and everything from start to finish was outstanding. We started with Caesar salads — one in our group liked it so much she ordered a second, which says a lot. For appetizers, we had the pigs in a blanket and the seafood grand plateau. The plateau was a standout, especially the tuna tartare, which was exceptional. For the main course, we shared a large ribeye and a Delmonico, along with sides of stuffed hash brown, sautéed spinach, whipped potatoes, and a baked potato. The steaks were cooked perfectly and honestly didn’t need any sauce at all. Desserts were just as impressive — the cheesecake and chocolate mousse were both fantastic. Service was exceptional across the board, both at the bar and at the table. The ambiance really stood out too — it feels like a contemporary take on a classic steakhouse: vibrant, energetic, and not stuffy at all. The place was packed the entire time we were there (6:30–10:30), which speaks for itself. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back.
