Sliver pizza is just OK. The crust is sort of soft and soggy, and they don’t have a ton of different slices available at lunch, only one. Used to eat at the Sliver Pizzeria over on Telegraph when I lived in Berkeley, and am way overdo for a review. Stopped in to the Sliver on Shattuck before a Watchhouse concert at the UC Theater. The pizza of the day had corn, zucchini, yellow onions, mozzarella, French feta cheese, cilantro, garlic, olive oil and limes. The pizza had great tang from the limes with a nice saltiness from the feta cheese. I love the green sauce, which complemented the flavors of the pizza very nicely. The red sauce's spiciness also complemented and provided a nice heat to the salty and tangy pizza. Overall, this place is a super good value considering you can get a whole pie for $28.
