I gave it 3 stars, but it's 2.5 stars. I have shopped here several times since it first opened. I think I ate almost all of them. I like visiting bakeries around the city, and I get bread every day. Now I think it's something you'd have to wait in a long line to buy. There are many delicious restaurants in Kyoto that don't require lining up. You can see that the stylish atmosphere is popular with Instagrammers. Also, Slow's bread has almost no scent. Normally, when you buy bread, the delicious aroma wafts out from the bag, but with Slow's bread, there is almost none of that. Some hard systems have poor clarity. I felt that way about Basil Kuppe. The photo I uploaded is It was one of the most delicious slaws. The customer service is very good and it's a nice shop, so I'm rooting for it to be worth the long line. I don't think it's worth the queue right now. sorry. I get the impression that it's more loved by tourists, Instagrammers, and people at first glance than by Kyoto people or locals.
