Slow

Located in the heart of Funamachi, Fukuyama, "Slow" is a low-profile pub and bar offering a cozy atmosphere with a touch reminiscent of bygone Tokyo districts. The bar prides itself on a wide selection of whiskies and other spirits, complemented by an inviting wood-paneled interior. Reservations are accepted, yet operating hours remain undisclosed. Additionally, it offers cash-only payments, which potential patrons should be aware of before visiting.

Despite a steady stream of patrons, "Slow" maintains a modest online presence, featuring only a minimal profile on Google and largely absent from major restaurant directories. While the pub allows smoking, which might appeal to some, it unfortunately lacks accessibility facilities for wheelchair users.

Patrons will find a variety of drink options available, including beer and crafted cocktails. Although the bar’s food selections lean toward lighter, dried snacks, they manage to satisfy customer appetites quite effectively. Notably, "Slow" has earned recommendations particularly appealing to female guests, offering an environment where they can relax comfortably. However, recent information from the owner remains scarce, contributing to the allure yet leaving certain operational aspects uncertain for newcomers.
