10/10 food , chicken was amazing. The burger on the saver menu was so good value and their waffle fries were perfect. The two gentlemen were extremely friendly and offered to bring out dessert after our hot food. As promised ,I said I’d leave an honest review and I have nothing negative to say. The order arrived on time, but the customer service at Smacks Victoria was very disappointing. The staff came across as rude and unprofessional, and simple questions were met with attitude rather than helpfulness.
