Приходила БОЛЕЕ 12 лет сюда. Хамят, грубят, говорят за глаза, ❗️говорят гадости про клиентов прям при нас же❗️, думая, что мы не слышим, игнорируют приветствие. Сначала одна цена, потом, когда соглашаешься купить, цена меняется. Когда замечание об этом делаешь - начинают оскорблять, унижать, за свои ошибки в цене НЕ извиняются, даже ещё больше унижают. Еда вкусная, торты вкусные, но ❗️обслуживание ужасное❗️ и кассиры хамят, и когда замечаешь ошибки, не извиняются - начинают ещё больше хамить, манипулировать и делают газлайтинг (прогуглите про это). ❗️К еде претензий нет, она вкусна❗️ Обслуживание минус 90 из 100. Даже не не +1 и даже не -1. Минус 90
