Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're truly sorry that your birthday and tournament experience didn't go as planned. We understand how frustrating it was to arrive expecting to play and spend the evening with friends, only to find that your team could not be accommodated. As this was our first cornhole tournament, we were working through logistics and made the difficult decision to release spots for teams that had not checked in by the required arrival time. The 4:45pm arrival time was included on the tournament registration form and in the tournament information email sent the day before the event, and we also attempted to reach you by phone on Friday. That said, we recognize that our communication and tournament procedures can be improved, and we're already making changes to create a smoother, more flexible experience for future events. We appreciate that your group had planned to spend the evening with us, and we're sorry we missed the opportunity to host you.
