Arrived at 6:45 and they were closed. You still have the option too order from door dash and google.states they are open but do NOT BELIEVE IT. Who knows if they are still in business. The one in Richmond is permanently closed and perhaps this one in Rosenberg is too. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE IF YOU ARE STILL OPEN OR PLACE CLOSED ONLINE. . Absolutely love Smallcakes Rosenberg and delighted by the new owner Elizabeth. We have always enjoyed the cupcakes (my wife Venetia and I head there every Friday), but the new ownership feels like a positive step! The cupcakes just taste so fresh and Elizabeth is very friendly!
