Thanks for taking the time to share this, Manda. We’re glad to hear the sliders themselves were made well and hit the mark, but we’re really bummed that the loaded fries didn’t come out as requested. Getting bacon and jalapeño when you specifically asked to leave them off, especially with a dietary restriction involved, is definitely not the experience we want for our guests. We understand how disappointing it is to spend your meal looking forward to something and not be able to enjoy it.
