The cashier does not remember simple concept who order first get first. Simple job, yet when i ask politely this particular person just point out to the grill and not saying anything and not apologize. Albeit the food is good but with this attitude i clearly dont wanna go to this place again during busy hours. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Because of the great reviews, I ordered a double cheese burger with fries last Friday at 8 p.m. While waiting, I saw 6 students who had all ordered before me and were gradually getting their take away. Since they were all waiting together, everyone had cold food at the end. At 8:27 p.m. I finally got a lukewarm burger with cold fries. The patti was dry, the bun was soggy. The name says it all here, the smash brothers smashes themselves. I don't know why everyone here is raving about the dishes, maybe they just had a bad day, but they can't provide service during rush hour on weekends.
