Was in there yesterday. Service was really good, food came nicely paced, and the bartender with the long hair is so friendly. The food is overall (and I tried many dishes) quite bland and lacking flavour. The chef is obsessed with squash and everything has this bland sweet taste because of it with everything having a similar flavour. More seasoning, spices, tangy sauces, spicy, would go a long way. The best analogy I can come up with regarding the kind of taste palette that someone would have to enjoy this is the equivalent to someone thinking "vanilla" is the best flavour of ice cream. I will say though that the food is good quality. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

For the main course, I indulged in the Maple Bourbon Glazed Salmon, which was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with a medley of roasted vegetables and a silky sweet potato puree. But the real showstopper was the Smash Burger - a juicy patty piled high with cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and a secret sauce that had me scraping the plate clean.
