The smashed doctor gave birth to 9 classic beef burgers and 2 grilled chicken burgers for my guests today. Each one was a masterpiece, perfect fusion of taste and quality, all guests appreciated Smashed burgers. Thanks for being the source of success of my party. Kudos smashed team, keep it up! Deeply disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Shroom Smash Double Patty, but unfortunately it fell far short of expectations, cheese had an artificial, plastic like texture, and the beef patties had a noticeably bitter taste. Not what I was hoping for at all. Never going to order again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 1,000–2,000 Food: 1

Extremely disappointed. Yes the food tastes good. But it's supposed to be fast food? It took 1 hour and 22 minutes for my order to get delivered at a location 10 mins away from the business. Very very fast food. Btw they charge 300 for delivery while every other food place in the locality charges 150 pkr. & these guys stack deliveries to save even more. The rider who brought me food had 1 more order from the same place. So 600 delivery charges for one 10 minute trip. While most businessess offer delivery to expand their business, Smashed runs deliveries as a separate source of income. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 1,000–2,000 Service: 1

We’re genuinely sorry for the delay and the inconvenience caused. On that day, we were experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, which unfortunately impacted delivery times. We’d also like to clarify that 100% of the delivery charges go directly to our riders, along with an additional fixed salary paid by us. We do not retain delivery fees as profit. While we sometimes batch nearby orders to manage peak-time demand, our intention is never to compromise customer experience, and we acknowledge that in this case, we fell short.
