This restaurant and Chesterfield College can be both really attractive for tourists. Serving good burgers, beef and pizza is the feature of Smashed and Pulled. Food delivery is a big benefit of this place. A number of visitors think that the staff is courteous here. The cool service is a big advantage of this spot. The food was amazing and the portion sizes were really generous, offering great value for money. The service was 10/10 from start to finish. They gave us an estimated delivery time and the food arrived exactly when they said it would. There was a small mistake with our order as we received plain chips instead of cheesy chips. However, after calling them, they apologised straight away and delivered the correct cheesy chips. As a gesture of goodwill, they also included free brownies, which was a lovely touch. What impressed me even more was that they went out of their way to resolve the issue even though it was close to closing time. Their customer service was excellent and showed that they genuinely care about their customers. Overall, a fantastic experience – 10/10, thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Second time we've ordered from here and second time it's taken TWO HOURS to arrive. When it did arrive it was soggy and cold and no apology was offered. Good luck trying to call them too, their phone goes to an automated message and you can't get through. Avoid. Food: 1 Service: 1

Thought we'd try Smashed and Pulled for the first time... Wow one of the best burgers we've had, absolutely bangin! Fresh and hot on delivery. Chips were amazing & so we're the chicken wings! Generous size portions. Delivery was quick. 10/10 will be back!! Food: 5 Service: 5
