Ordered food with delivery, was canceled because they didn't have a driver who is fine enough. On the other hand, the money is not refunded, they call and they will sort this out. It doesn't happen, so send an email. This will not be answered. Going down in person, where it is said that this will be resolved. Guess what? This does not happen. The fourth time contact is made with personal attendance and the consumer ombudsman is mentioned, they are quick to fix it! Decent enough food but inept staff with an equally inept manager who makes the whole dining experience terrible, an idiotic place that I absolutely advise against anyone visiting!
