Visitors don't like pizza at this restaurant. Food delivery is a big plus of Smiley Pizza. Some guests make a note that the service here is satisfying.

We've been almost daily customers for a while now and really got the best Pizza in town, but recently the service really got pathetic. Don't order for delivery if you are hungry, because you will only get cold pizza 3 hours later.

Call to order for delivery 3 hours later and nothing my wife go's to smiley's pizza and they gave our order to a walk in she gets told they will deliver after 10min hour later they come. And seems like every time you order the portions of chips always gets smaller they are getting really usless and really bad service

Personally... I've always had the opinion that this place makes the best pizza in the area. I became very disappointed and quite enraged by how they treated one of their delivery guys. His bike broke down in the middle of a thunderstorm (still happening as I write this). He asked for my phone to call the office. He was soaking wet from the rain and asked me to hold the phone for him and put it on speaker because he didn't want to get it wet. I listened as management proceeded to accuse him of breaking the bike: "it's impossible for the bike to stop working because of the rain", she said. She ordered him to push it back to the shop (approximately 2km in during a storm) and violently hang up on him. I will not support a business that degrades and humiliates its people.
