Quietly making some of the best food on the island. Garlic-chili fried chicken is great, but the best stuff is on the daily specials menu. Watch for oxtail soup, turkey tail adobo, or lechon kawali.

Smiley's Local Grinds has been doing an outstanding job! The food is absolutely delicious. Had the prime rib special last week and will be doing the same this week. Generous portions and cooked just right. Very convenient for take out as the dine in is closed for the pandemic. Everything I have tried has been great and the daily specials are excellent! I am a new regular at Smiley's!
