Best Italian sausage I’ve ever had and it’s not even close. Perfect amount of heat and nice herb flavours. Amazing snap and nice and tender inside. Huge sausages too. I feel like I just ate an entire meal. Highly reccomend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I bought some of their Italian and cheddar bacon. very interesting and beautiful takes. many nuanced flavours that you can tell are made by years of expertise. will buy many more and cherish for as long as they are around Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have had smithers sausages a few different times. The farmers market, Festivals at West avenue cider. I've purchased frozen to take home. They always turn out great. Every single one I've had has been delicious. My favorite is the beet/goatcheese. The bacon and cheese ones are the family fave. Most recently I purchased the "Hamilton Gold" mustard. It's definitely worth a try. Food: 5 Service: 5
