Unfortunately due to staff shortages we were not treated when we arrived. We sat waiting to be served, on asking about ordering we were told to order at the bar, maybe that should have been explained when we were given our table number, something was left of the main meal and we were told we’d have to go and pay for that item at the bar but we were already eating, who wants to leave the table to pay for something when your in the middle of eating. Our coffee’s were cold and had to be redone, the food wasn’t as good as I had thought it was going to be, very disappointed with the cheesy chips. You then have to go up to the bar again to order desert and more drinks, all in all a very disappointing, the information and service was not good. Will not be going back on a week night as it’s not the same experience you have for Sunday lunch ☹️
