Order tasty bread pudding, tiramisu and flija. It is nice to enjoy delicious marsala, beer or champagne. Clients don't like tea at Smitty's Italian Steakhouse.

A lot of people think that the dishes are offered for democratic prices. Born and raised in Evansville and planning a party (for 50-60 people) while living in California can be difficult. However, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Smitty's Italian Steakhouse on Franklin St. on the Westside of Evansville if you are considering a large group gathering. They were AMAZING in coordinating my Mom's Surprise 60th Birthday Party. Katie and their Chef were extremely communicative throughout the entire process and ensured that we felt ready to show up on the day of for a successful event. Everyone raved about the food bar, and having the private room and private bar was very convenient. If you are considering hosting a gathering (future office Xmas parties or bday parties), give them a shout and ask for Katie! She'll hook you up! Food was subpar for being “authentic Italian” cuisine.. customer service was horrible. Our waitress was great but a couple of literal children seated us and were just unfriendly and unprofessional. Don’t know how short staffed they are but that was weird. Won’t be back
