My friends and I have been to this location a few times in the past. Generally, it is a busier location. On this particular night it seemed they were short staff or something as it took a fair bit longer for the food order to come out. When it did only one person’s of the five came out and then another 4-5 minutes went by before a few more meals came out. The first meal that came, the fries were Luke warm one could tell that they had been sitting for sometime. The person asked to get fresh ones and they were replaced. One of the other persons meal came out The plate was hot however the eggs which were supposed to be scrambled came as a big blob and were cold. The person asked for the waitress to return these and have fresh ones made. To which she did. A few minutes later the manager on duty came out to explain that the restaurant was very busy tonight and food could not be cold because it sits under a heat lamp until it goes out. So it could be warm but not cold. I kind of thought this was inappropriate to expect people to pay for food that was unpleasant to eat given the fact it was not at serving temperature because the restaurant was busy. Food is expensive so the expectation is that it is served hot and fresh. I also found it a little unprofessional for the manager to say the thing he did. Hello, just came to smittys after a long time not coming with family.

Firstly 1/4 of the meals came out, then 10min later a few more, then more wait then the rest come out. Parts of the meals were missing like fries and things. Fris cold...

My personal meal for 18.99 consisted of the thinnest poorly cooked "veal' cutlet and 2 small table spoon lumps of potatoes and 3 slices of mushrooms.

No one at the table could belive it. The plate was hot but the food on the plate was cold, to the point the gravy was congealed.

I will definitely spreading the word to other friends and family to never come back to your restaurant or others. I'll give you guys a chance to explain the poor size and quality once, then I'll be posting reviews around and on line.

Never Again.
