From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is boorish here. According to the guests, the main drawback of this restaurant is the downscale service. Smoke Bros provides dinners at appalling prices. The bad atmosphere won't attract many people.

Terrible experience wouldn’t recommend and very little staff aswell as the staff being quite rude and swearing at me for taking to long to order I didn’t quite catch their name because I was trying to exit the building due to the terrible service but I think it was a woman and teach her to have some manors Price per person: £50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough to justify one. I’m not sure what’s going on in the kitchen, but something clearly went wrong. The burger was massively overcooked — bone dry, tasteless, and completely unenjoyable. On top of that, the description on your website didn’t reflect what was delivered. Out of curiosity, I even ran my thoughts through an AI to check whether I was being unreasonable. The response matched my experience almost word for word, which says a lot. The chips were just as disappointing — poor quality and forgettable. The most shocking part is the price. This order cost £34 including delivery, which makes the overall experience feel like daylight robbery. At that price point, I expect care, flavour, and quality — none of which were present. I do understand that different chefs may be working different shifts, and this was my first time ordering, so this may not be representative of your food all the time. This review is intended less as an attack and more as feedback for the chef working tonight to reflect and improve. That said, this level of food simply isn’t acceptable for the price being charged.
