I ordered smokes from skip the dishes. Worst desision ever! We ordered at around 6:00, hoping to have it by 7 ish. The email confirmation came and said it would be 45 minutes until it ARRIVES! I’m like whoop whoop sweet. 7:00 swings by, I check my order and it hasn’t even been made yet. So I call. Smoke's Poutinerie Kingston lets me know that they are trying to find a driver. 8:00 roles around. My food is now an hour late. Still no change. I call again. Smokes answered “sorry for the long wait, but we have someone on the way to come pick up the food now” -AT 8:00 it hadn’t even been picked up from store! At 8:45 I finally got a call that my food was here. I checked my receipt- IT GAVE AN AUTOMATIC TIP TO THE DRIVER?!?! FUCK THAT! I am pissed. Food was long cold and was barely cooked thru. I called the manager of smokes poutine and he even offered me to send a coupon—- WHICH THEY DIDNT SEND. Thanks smokes and skip the dishes. I won’t be returning as that was pure foolishness.
