I was honestly surprised by the policy of separating families and singles. I believe this should be left as a personal choice rather than being enforced. I am a Saudi, raised in a traditional Muslim family, and I fully respect our religion and values. I even told your staff that I was happy to sit downstairs, but they refused, saying it was company policy. I struggle to understand what this policy has to do with the teachings of Islam. I would respectfully encourage you to reconsider this approach. I would also like to comment on the way the restaurant closes during prayer times. While I fully respect the importance of prayer, many of your employees are non-Muslims, and customers are asked to wait outside in the heat. A better approach would be to keep the doors open, allowing those who wish to pray to do so while other customers can remain comfortably seated inside. This is simply a matter of basic customer service and hospitality. I offer this feedback with the utmost respect and in the hope that it helps improve the experience for all your customers. One of the best smoked meat restaurants in Riyadh..I’ve visited more than once, and the quality has always been great The brisket is tender and full of flavor, the sauces are excellent, and the portions are generous. Friendly staff and good service every time. Highly recommended Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 100–120 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
