Smokeys is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are found adequate here. The atmosphere is peaceful, as clients see it. Best burgers we've had! A little more than we'd usually spend on a takeaway BUT worth every penny. You can tell they use decent ingredients and it really makes all the difference! Thanks guys, we will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food OK, brought on the buy one get one free deal, but got charged double. Told the driver at delivery, hoped for contact from Smokeys to apologise and rectify the problem. Phoned the shop the next, guy on the phone knew about the problem, said that they were dealing with it. I asked how long it would take to return my money he didn't know, I asked to speak to the manager, guy went off to speak with him. I could hear him speaking ti the manager, when he came back to the phone, I was told 3_5 working days. I told him I wasn't happy with that and asked to speak with the manager, he refused to come to the phone. Not a happy customer...First and Last time I will order from here Food: 3

Tried for the first time. Never again. Both burgers burnt to a crisp tasting like charcoal. Very very disappointing
