Tried the tri tip sandwich and the meat was a little tough and I couldn't taste the smoke. The owner came by and asked me how it was so I told him and he brought me a sample of brisket smoked nicely. The tri tip is only smoked 1.5 hours and brisket 16 hours so I recommend the brisket plate next time.
