They have moved a block east and I had not been until last night. A friend who has gone as well said the last time she was there for lunch, the ribs were very tough. But I went last night to see for myself and was very disappointed compared to the past. The thin end of the ribs had the meat side cooked until it would have been good (maybe) for jerky. The thick end was better with the meat falling off some of the bones HOWEVER there were at least two bone ends that were so overcooked they were literally powder. That was just disgusting. You need a new pitmaster or somebody who can at least time the slabs better. I don't think I will make that $27 mistake again.
