First time in. Ordered the boudin balls. Pleasantly surprised. They were delicious. Seasoned on point and not overwhelmed by cheese. You get a lot for your money. I will go back because they have a large menu... And I want to try everything!!! LOL Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Great barbecue place. The meat plates were both just divine, and the attention paid to the sides (all of them) made the meals excellent. Passable bar also for drinks! Price per person: $30–40

Smoky Notes in Montgomery, AL is truly a hidden gem! The atmosphere is nice and cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax, enjoy good food, and unwind. They even have a pool table and a great-sized stage that would be perfect for live music or karaoke nights, which adds to the fun vibe. The turkey was flavorful and cooked just right — we really enjoyed it! The twist potatoes were a standout and absolutely delicious. On top of the food, the staff provided wonderful customer service and made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. Great food, great atmosphere, and great people — we will definitely be coming back! Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
