ordered ahead through the app and arrived to pick up my order, but the experience was very disappointing. No one greeted me when I entered the store. When I asked about my order, I was met with a rude attitude and told to “give us a few minutes.” After waiting about 10–12 minutes, I was informed that my ticket had been lost. When I asked how much longer it would take, no one could give me an answer. The staff seemed focused almost entirely on drive-through customers and paid little attention to in-store guests. Additionally, I heard multiple employees using inappropriate language on the floor, which was unprofessional. I normally enjoy Smoothie King, but this visit fell well below expectations. I hope management can address customer service, communication, and professionalism at this location. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Why do they even have Drive thru? Never fails I make my order through intercom to do my order again at the window because lazy employees didn’t enter the order as they should. Have me waste my valuable time. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
